The Stripe Dress Goes To London

When looking for the perfect dress for spring, I stumbled upon this beauty. I couldn’t resist bringing it to London with me because I knew there was this unbelievable pink bakery that served cake. So I wore it…and then ate cake for breakfast.

Although it was a bit chilly in London (and windy…clearly), I knew I needed to pull out this amazing stripe dress when we were heading to Peggy Porschen. I mean, this is literally every girly girl’s dream…right? I’m actually not the biggest girly girl anymore (see this post here), but every once in a while, a dress catches my eye. And then I’m obsessed. So,I knew this stripe dress would not only be perfect for spring, but also for this day in London. I also just got the cutest handbag ever. It will certainly not be the last time you see it Pink Champagne Problems!

When thinking about buying a dress for spring, I ask myself two questions:

  1. Will I sweat in it on the subway too much?
  2. Does it transition easy through the seasons?

If the answers are yes, then I know it will be the perfect dress for spring. (Okay fine, I sweat in like everything, so 1 out of 2 yes’s ain’t so bad.) ANYWAY.

Peggy Porschen.

Amazing. Unreal. Delicious. Even at 10AM. I highly recommend heading here when you find yourself in London.

Everything is so cute. It was also great not being judged for eating cake and cookies for breakfast. I drank delicious peppermint tea. I ate way too many strawberry jam-filled cookies.  It was truly the best morning in London…considering every morning we woke up at 6AM to run around and shoot ALL day. On this particular morning, we woke up at 6AM, only ran around for a few hours, and then went to Peggy Porschen. HA! That all sounds ridiculous, I know, but hey, anything for the blog…right?
