It’s fall y’all which means take your beloved Crock Pot and put it to good use.
Is there anything better than watching football and having your apartment (or house if you are lucky) smell AMAZING? Nope. If you are like me and the rest of America, you love your Crockpot. Heck, your Crockpot is part of your family. It’s been a while since I used my Crockpot (she hibernates in the spring and summer) and I can’t wait to dust that baby off and start putting her to use! For reference, I have this Crockpot but love this one and their latest version of the pressure cooker. I’ve gone ahead and rounded up my top Crock Pot recipes and hope you can all give them a try because boy are they winners!
White Bean Chicken Chili
I know I’ve mentioned this before but if you are new around here, I’m allergic to tomatoes. Bummer, I know. So fun fact, I can’t have the normal chili SO my next best thing is to recreate a tomato free version. This stuff is GREAT and I make it multiple times a season. It actually freezes really well so sometimes I make a big batch and freeze half of it because if you are anything like me, you get sick of meals pretty often. I can have the same thing for lunch only about 3 times a week before getting sick of it. If I freeze half of it, I can save it for a couple weeks down the line!
Quinoa, Chicken, and Kale Soup
When you are wanting soup, this is my go to. I like the added protein from the beans and chicken to keep me full throughout the day.
Thai Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Thai food is my favorite type of food EVER. I love it. Thai food isn’t the easiest to make but since this is done in a Crock Pot it definitely makes my life so much easier and it does not disappoint on taste.
Cashew Chicken
This is SO good. I feel a little better eating “Chinese” when I can understand what is going in my body. This recipe is great and definitely hits the spot when I am craving Chinese food.
Magnolian Beef
I can’t find my original beef recipe but this one looks like a keeper. You can add this on some rice or make them into lettuce wraps. Would make the perfect lunch and I’m sure it smells amazing.
Pulled Chicken
I love pulled chicken. It tastes so good on salads, wraps, sandwiches, lettuce wraps, you name it. I unfortunately can’t enjoy this recipe because of the BBQ sauce but I’ve made the buffalo chicken version and it is to die for!
Mac and Cheese
I haven’t made this but I can only imagine how good it tastes. Have you tried making Mac and Cheese in your Crock Pot?
What is your favorite Crock Pot recipe? Please link it below or describe it so I can give it a try.
