The Best Pieces For A Casual Look

I love when a casual weekend outfit can easily be worn two different ways.

Alright, alright, alright.

I’ve been back in New York for around 12 hours, and it’s very safe to say that I am EXHAUSTED. I don’t think I’m jet lagged because we did a pretty good job of fighting it. I’m SO excited to share London content over the next few weeks – I’ve already posted some sneak peeks on Instagram! I plan on doing a little bit of everything: A recap of what we did, outfit posts and answering any questions I get!

Now onto this casual weekend outfit. Because who really wants to talk about the fact that it’s Monday?!

I definitely wear a variation of this look multiple times during the weekend. When I got this ridiculously comfortable top, I just couldn’t stop wearing it. It’s LITERALLY one of the softest things I own. Here I’m showing you how easy it is to take the look from, “My weekend plans consist of running errands” to “My weekend plans involve a good bottomless brunch”. I love pairing it with my utility jacket (last styled here) because it definitely gives it that “casual weekend outfit” vibe. And to switch it up, just swap out your shoes!

I picked up these slip on sneakers right before I left for London because I realized I don’t have a pair like this. My sister has a pair of high top slip ons, so I kinda wanted to try on the slip on trend for myself. They’re SO comfortable and definitely great for the weekend!

My new block heels are super easy to wear with just about anything (you’ll see them more when I start posting my London content), so they were perfect for my brunch look. They’re not like your typical heels, they just help add a little length to your frame and take the casual weekend outfit up a notch.
