I love doing this whole blogging thing, but there are some things you may not know about me when it comes to this little blog.

I always love when bloggers give little behind the scenes into their lives. Whether it’s a day in the life or fun, random facts about them, I just love being nosy and learning about people! Especially those I’m choosing to follow.
I actually don’t like shooting
Sure, I love the end result, but I dread shooting. Since I need to cram 4-5 looks into a day. And Allie can definitely attest to this: I’m not a trooper in extreme weather. When it’s too cold, I tend to rush the shoot and my shoulders are forever up to my ears. When it’s too hot, I just have a major bitch face on the entire time (I always recall this shoot and how annoyed I was…and how my butt was literally burnt from sitting on the bridge…but I loved the photos;)). I do NOT do well in the heat. Especially when I need to constantly be moving around to pose and then to change. Oh and that’s another thing. Since I have to shoot so many looks at once, it’s NOT the most convenient to get around the city. A lot of girls I know roll around a suitcase, but for me, that’s not the most practical for my commute. I always get nervous about wrinkled clothes, forgetting about an accessory that I wanted to shoot with, and so on.
I’m so lazy
Yes. It’s true. I’m a lazy and I’m also a procrastinator. Sure, I still manage to get shit done, buttttt that doesn’t mean I don’t go down without a fight. If I could just lay in bed ALL day and go to bed nice and early, I totally would. But nope. Gotta write content, schedule social media, and engage with my Instagram feed. I’ve also always been such a big procrastinator. Instead of doing things the minute I get home, I sit down, watch TV, take my time eating dinner, run an extra long bath…you get the picture. It’s definitely an awful way to live, but I’m managing to get by;)
Outsourcing is my best friend
I’m not a one-woman show. I wish I could say I was though. I’m often scrambling to make time in the day just to get a few things done. I needed to learn that it was time to outsource. Currently, I outsource my SEO work and my Pinterest account. Elle is helping me manage my brand partnerships. And we have an amazing intern this summer, Keely. She’s going to be helping schedule social media, keep track of brand partnerships/invoicing, and more!
So there you have it! Just a few things you might not know about Dana, the blogger. If you’re a blogger, I would love to hear one fun fact about yourself as a blogger. And if you’re not — TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF ANYWAY!
