Pop Fizz Chat Fashion Q&A

A little travel, life and fashion Q&A. I want to answer them ALL.

Are you still doing your newsletters?
YES! I think I’m going to switch to bi-weekly newsletters. This allows me to really create the right content to send exclusively to my subscribers! Although I really love writing meatier newsletters, I started to feel like they were being forced. So I took a step back and now I’m ready to start again. My next one will be June 16 – so make sure to sign up here. If there are any topics you’d like me to go in depth about, I’d love to consider it for a future newsletter!

What’s something your readers don’t know about you?
Hmm. I’d like to think I’m an open book (especially in 2017), but I guess there are a lot of things you might not know about me. If we’re looking to get deep: I’m actually a really sensitive person. I get emotional over a lot of things (uncalled for or called for). Even though I put up the whole “I’m from New York, so I’m real tough” facade, I’m just a big mush. BUT…don’t even think about messing with myself, my brand, my family or friends – then the claws come out;) Oh, and if we’re not getting deep: I’m terrified of clowns. Like real bad. Don’t hold that against me.

Here’s what I’m loving, buying and eyeing!

I’m heading to Boston tomorrow with Matt for a little long weekend getaway. I’ve been to Boston once before to see Justin Timberlake and Jay Z in concert at Fenway…it was awesome. I haven’t been back since, so we’re planning on going to Fenway for a Sox game. You can read more about our trip here.

I obviously needed to do a little vacation shopping, DUH. I hit up some of my favorite places that have a really great selection of what I like to call “vacation-wear”. Click through below to see what I’ll be wearing!

A little recap on readers’ favorite posts from the past few days and weeks.

My favorite event of the year has come and gone…and now I’m left with just looking through photos from the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.

A post from my last vacation: The little yellow gingham dress.

The pearl-trimmed pants from Monday’s post were a hit. And rightfully so. They’re amazing!

Ah, the jet set life…where to next?

Since you’re all caught up to speed on my two upcoming road trips, I’ll fill you in on my next planned trip: NASHVILLE!

I’ll be 25 on July 25th, so I’m going ALL out for my Champagne Birthday. (PS: I literally just found out Golden Birthdays are also called Champagne Birthdays….how perfect?!) So yeah, Nashville it is. I chose Nashville because I’m actually a big country music fan – like, I literally went to Mexico for Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa concert – so I figured this would be a really fun long weekend for me and my girlfriends. If you have a Nashville travel guide or have some recommendations in general, feel free to add that information into the comment section!

A few of my favorite blog posts (and articles) from this week!

I hope you enjoy this Pop! Fizz! Chat! fashion Q&A series as much I enjoy writing and researching for it. If you ever have a question you’d like me to answer, feel free to shoot me an email, tweet me, send me a DM on Instagram, or ask it anonymously here!

Your life has been pretty awesome lately lady! And all of these trips sound amazing!! Nashville is incredible! You have to go to Pinewood Social House, Draper James, Merchant’s Restaurant on Broadway, & Biscuit Love. Here’s a mini food guide: http://louellareese.com/2016/07/nashville-food-guide/

I just signed up for your newsletter a couple days ago, looking forward to all the content!! I’m a very sensitive person too… I take a lot of things personally when in reality it’s not a personal thing that someone is doing/saying. Have so much fun in Boston!! Aww we have the same birthday weekend (I think?) My birthday is July 24th! 🙂

I hate clowns too! How scary they look. I watched IT when I was little. Made me feel more scared. As always… beautiful look!
