Never Say Never…Except For These Things

When you learn your lesson, sometimes things just shouldn’t be repeated.

Yeah, yeah “never say never” is a pretty popular saying. But when you think about it, why can’t we say “never” to things that don’t truly serve a purpose? Some things just aren’t good for us.

I’ll never hold a grudge (again) I never thought I’d be one to hold a grudge. But last year, I certainly did. Up until about a month ago, I had held such a grudge against this person. I have no idea what made me snap out of it, but I did. No, I certainly didn’t forget what happened, but I learned to forgive and just move on. I realized I was starting to feel a lot of hatred for no reason, and wanted to be a bigger person than that.

I’ll never try to fit the mold In the digital space, it’s beyond easy to become someone you’re not. I would say about a year and a half ago, I stopped worrying about what other bloggers were doing. I simply stopped trying to become a world-famous fashion bloggers, and instead focused on connecting with those who genuinely enjoy coming to my website and reading along.

I’ll never take my job for granted Having a career in fashion has always been something I wanted. Now that I have what I consider a “dream” job, I know I’m meant to be in the working space. Sure, I could take this blog full time, but that’s just not me (see above).  Part of my blog is sharing and opening up about struggles I have with having two jobs. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t be where I am without my job in the fashion industry. In fact, hustling extra hard every day for both of my jobs has become exhilarating for me…I love seeing how far I can push my limits!

So yeah, some things absolutely call for saying never. What are some things that you can confidently say never to?
