As I grow up, the relationship with my mother has truly evolved into one of the best relationships I’ve ever had. Somewhere between taking care of me and always being there for me, my mother has become one of my best friends.
I’ve realized that the importance of Mother’s Day is so much more than a gift that exceeds a certain monetary amount. It’s about spending time with your mother (or mother-like figure), and really showing her just how much you truly appreciate her! But then again, what’s a holiday without a gift, right? 😉
That’s why this Mother’s Day, I’ve teamed up with Target to get my mom a little something that will make the day extra special. I picked out the cutest reversible tote for her to use every day or when she travels. I love the pop of yellow, but I think she’ll love the beige side more for everyday use. Since this handbag is under $50, I wanted to fill it with cute little things that remind me of my mom to show her how much she (and our relationship) means to me: a bottle of champagne (duh) with stemless flutes, an adult coloring book (we used to color together all the time when I was a kid, she loves it!), and a cool hydration kit for at-home pampering!
I know my mom is going to absolutely love this gift, and I’m really excited to be able to share this special day with her! If you’re stuck on what to get your mom, click here to shop this gift guide (with discounts)!
