Going to music festivals has been a tradition for my friends and I. Specifically country music festivals.
There are certain items that are just completely necessary in order to have a stress-free and successful time at a music festival. Today, I wanted to share a few of those necessities with you!
5 MUSIC FESTIVAL ESSENTIALS YOU SHOULD TAKE:
Zenni Sunglasses
You guys know I LOVE my sunglasses. My sunglasses collection is forever growing, but I truly just love them so much! Zenni is a new-to-me brand, and they offer affordable and stylish eyeglasses! They also give the option to add your prescription. I know it could be a deal-breaker for those who have prescriptions, so I knew I needed to share that information. This pair is SO good. They give off a pretty retro vibe, so I think they’re perfect for music festival season. I plan on wearing mine with ripped high waisted denim, a crop top, and an open button down!
Algenist POWER Recharging Night Pressed Serum
Music festival season usually means you’re out in the sun. A lot. And as I get older, my skin becomes more and more of a priority. The Algenist pressed serum is a GREAT product to help me re-charge my skin. It quite literally melts into my skin and helps refine dull, uneven texture overnight. And I CANNOT forget to mention the scent. I’m not even sure how to describe it, but to me, it smells like cake. So basically delicious. I’ve been trying so many different skincare products, but this one truly it at the top of my list!
Jockey Retro Stripe Collection
I don’t know about you, but when it comes to my bra and undies, I live for comfortable pieces. I mean, how many times have you been out and just felt SO uncomfortable with what you were wearing underneath your clothes? So now, I ONLY wear comfortable bras and undies! I’m seriously obsessed with this 80s inspired set. The soft, stretchy cotton keeps me cool and moves with me…which keeps comfortable all day long. Since I like to be adventurous during festival season, this cotton bralette is the perfect piece to wear with high waisted jeans! And with a little peak of the retro brand sticking out of the jeans? I mean, you basically turn into Kendall Jenner;)
LumaBella Keratin Dual Touch Styler
Although I typically curl my hair, during music festival season, I tend to straighten my hair with a flat iron. Since I need to brave the elements during festivals, I feel like straight hair is lower maintenance. Also, if it gets too hot, I love putting my hair up in a messy ponytail, and there’s nothing better than a long, sleek, straight ponytail! This Dual Touch Styler gives me the ultimate damage protection because the ceramic plates are infused with micro-conditioners — HOW COOL?!
Earth Shoes
There is nothing worse than being out on your feet all day long and wearing uncomfortable shoes. NOTHING. I am so happy I was introduced to Earth Shoes because they are legit. I even made Elle try them on for validation, and she compared them to a Tempurpedic mattress. I love the easy slip on design of the Zest style (color is Ginger). They are just too perfect for festival season, and I don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort! These insanely comfortable shoes go with just about any festival look you could think of: Jeans, shorts, skirts, you name it.
For those who don’t know about Earth Shoes, they’re made with water-based adhesives, vegetable tanned leathers, and even their packaging uses as little material possible! Oh and when you make a purchase, Earth Shoes plants a tree!

OOOOH YES! That is for sure! Especially because I’m too busy taking TONS of videos 😉
That serum sounds like it would be good for flights too, maybe? I fly alllll the time and my skin gets so dry! I’m excited for summer to come and hopefully see the back of my dry winter skin (typed as it’s snowing in NYC today…!). Have a great day!
