THE LOOK | skirt, sweater, coat (all c/o), boots
If you went apple picking and didn’t take any pictures, did it actually happen?;)
It’s no surprise that fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. I basically live for all things fall, especially fall activities.
I’ve always loved going apple picking – I remember going on class trips to apple orchards and pumpkin patches…which almost always included a hayride. So fall activities are always at the top of my list of things to do when the season begins.
When we were planning our girls’ trip to the Hamptons a few weekends ago, one of the first things we scoped out were apple orchards (Read: We wanted to get photos of us throwing apples in the air, if we’re being honest.). We found a cute place in Southhampton and they also had the best jelly apples (I’m pretty sure everyone but New Yorkers call them candy apples)!
I know this look isn’t super appropriate for the manual labor that is picking apples, but you gotta admit, it’s pretty much freakin’ screams fall. I picked out this look when I stopped by the W by Worth showroom a month ago or so. I’m a big neutrals kind of gal, so I was immediately drawn to this sweater and wanted to pair it with this super detailed skirt. I also picked out this look because I knew I had the perfect pair of boots to go with it!
ICYMI: I’m heading out to the seas for a trip with Royal Caribbean for the next few days! Follow along on Instagram (@pinkchampagneproblems), I’ll be documenting my travels with the hashtag #PopFizzTravel!
