How To Prep For The Day Ahead

Thank you Dove for sponsoring this post. Dove Invisible Dry Spray Antiperspirant goes on invisible, leaving no white marks on 100 colors of clothing.

Fun fact: I’m not really a morning person. In fact, waking up is one of the hardest things for me. Once I’m physically out of bed, I can rally and be awake, but the process is tough.

Hydrate

I’ve really been trying to be better at this. My goal is to wake up every morning and drink a big glass of water as soon as I wake up. I know for some people it doesn’t seem like a hard task, but for me it is. I just cannot seem to drink enough water throughout the day. So I found that when I drink a glass of water when I wake up, I tend to drink more throughout the day (and less coffee). I also know that drinking water first thing in the morning jumpstarts your metabolism, flush out toxins, and curb your appetite/hold me over till lunch.

Check some emails from my desktop, not bed

I know that if I pull my laptop into bed with me, I won’t get anything done. After laying around for a few minutes, I force myself out of bed and head to my desk. On the weekdays, I don’t really do this too much (maybe 1-2 times a week) because I like to “sleep in” when I have work. But on the weekends, you can find me up and at em at my desk. I start by checking my emails, answering any social media messages, and scheduling posts for the day and upcoming week.

Outfit prepping

I typically shoot on the weekends only due to my full-time work, so this means I have to squeeze in a lot of looks. Like 4-5 looks a day. It’s insane, I know. When I’m changing looks, I’m always SO thankful for Dove Invisible Dry Spray Antiperspirant. This antiperspirant spray goes on invisible, leaving no white marks on ONE HUNDRED COLORS (!) keeping me fresh all day. You’ve heard me talk about Dove Dry Spray before, but this latest antiperspirant spray takes the cake for me!

And let’s be honest, I know I’m not alone when I say how annoying it is to find white marks on your clothes. In fact, 90% of Dove survey respondents say that finding a white mark on their clothing is annoying and inconvenient. None of us want to have to change outfits while we’re in a rush. In my case, when I’m changing 4-5 times to get blog content, it’s always relieving to know I don’t have to worry about another factor when taking photos.

Dove Invisible Dry Spray Antiperspirant literally saves the day for me. Since I’m not a huge fan of stick deodorant (I still wear it!!!), I am so happy to have found Dove antiperspirant spray products. I highly recommend Dove Invisible Dry Spray Antiperspirant for the girl who is always on the go…and who doesn’t have any time to waste!

I really need to try this deodorant!! Also, I do the water thing. I drink a 32 ounce water bottle before eating anything. It definitely helps!

Omg, I have yet to buy my own, but my entire family uses this so every time I was home before I moved back I would steal theirs because it was so easy to put on and lasted so much longer than my stick deodorant. Awesome post girl!
