Recently, I’ve realized just how important my mental and physical health is to me. And just how important cute work out gear is.
Now that I’m consistently going to SoulCycle 3-5 times a week, my laundry pile is filling up quite quickly with a lot of work out gear. Since I’ve always been an athlete, I know quite a bit about work out gear. There’s the brands we all know and love: Nike, Under Armor, Sweaty Betty, etc. And then there are the brands that might surprise you.
Calvin Klein Performance
This is hands down one of my favorite brands to get my work out gear from. Not only are the fabrics really great for an intense sweat session, but they also have the CUTEST patterns. I really LOVE working out in fun, crazy gear — it makes heading to a work out that much better. I typically get my Calvin Klein workout gear from Macy’s or Century 21, so that means it’s pretty much always marked down!
90 Degree By Reflex
This is a super new to me brand. I stumbled upon it when I was shopping at Century 21. I picked up 2 pairs of leggings, a sports bra, and a post-work out shirt. I also got these INSANELY comfortable star joggers, and I’m obsessed. This is definitely a brand I’m going to look for when shopping for new gear.
Old Navy
This is literally my hidden gem for work out gear. I stumbled upon Old Navy active a few years ago, and absolutely love it. I also worked with Old Navy at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018, and one of the deliverables was for their active line – I was shocked at JUST how good the quality is! Their printed leggings are SO cute and fun, much like Calvin’s line. They really hold up over the years — some of my favorite work out leggings are over 3 years old!
