I know the weather in New York (and most of the East Coast) is less than perfect, which is why I’m so happy I got away. Currently, I’m in Riviera Maya with 3 of my best friends at a fun little country music festival called Crash My Playa. It’s definitely a once in a lifetime experience, and it’s been a great time so far.
….and then tomorrow night I’ll be back in freezing New York. Which you know what? I’m okay with that.
As much fun as this getaway was, I’m good at routine. I like routine. Of course, I love switching things up now and then, but I love going to work, getting sh*t done, and having fun on the weekends.
Normalcy is a good thing, in my opinion.
Also, I’m fully aware that I can no longer wear this outfit in New York City. But, nonetheless, this is still a great dress. I love the print, and I love that I can wear it with tights or with my trusty over the knee boots. If you didn’t know, I’m all about a good swing dresses. I’m not the kind of girl who likes form-fitting clothes – I’m really more about comfort.
So, swing dresses, yeah….for the win.
